MOUSQUETAIRES

Amongst all of my many memoirs I have this 2003 calendar that I recieved from the Ronald Reagan Ranch...a Project of Young America's Foundation at Santa Barbara California....a calendar that holds a tremendous unforgetable memory for me because it was on Thursday August 13, 1981 that President Ronald Reagan signed into law the largest tax cut in the History of the United States of America. This momentous act on President Ronald Reagan's watch...this great and far reaching, devastating(to countless thousands of workers across America) act of signing into law....a law that was dubbed.....THE ECONOMIC RECOVERY ACT.....on May 23, 1983 cost me my JOURNEYMAN MACHINIST job that I had held...had enjoyed the prestige....and had reaped the benefits of since July 7, 1975.....the loss of which cost me my home, my wife left me, my siblings refused to have anything to do with me, I was left with two old worn out trucks and a wheelbarrow full of hand tools...and no place to live....until...!!!
